VIN – 033 The Process of making our Coolers

We take high quality Aluminium for the liner over PP material for the inside. Add a Thermal insulation Polyurethane foam for the middle section to keep the contents cool and all an iron sheet to the outer which is then powder coated in your chosen colour and finally we screen print with high quality inks with your logo finishing of the product.
