1. I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?

Answer: Customer Care is our #1 Priority and Focus. We're ready and keen to help you by phone, email or live chat directly from this web site.

2. Is the printing/decoration included in the product price and are there any extra charges involved?

Answer: Every item we feature can have printing/decoration added to it. Prices for printing/decoration vary depending on your specific requirements. We'll quote you for a product with printing/decoration and we'll itemize the printing/decoration separately so you can see the price breakdown between decorated and undecorated. Some items have set up or screen charges and some do not. We'll itemize any set up costs charged by the Decorator at the time of quoting as well as when you confirm your order - so you know all the costs.

You can use our Quote Request Cart at any time to get pricing on products with a breakdown of printing/decoration and set up costs.

3. I want to put our company logo on an item but we do not have camera ready art. What do we do?

Answer: Just prepare your order, then call or contact us. We maintain a full service art department for development of your logo and other artwork into camera ready art. You can supply us with something like your letterhead, an emailed image, inform us where on your web site your logo is or fax a copy or sketch. Our professional staff can then prepare professional artwork for you.

We will fax you a copy of the completed art for your approval prior to sending the order to the factory and even keep your art on our server and do exact reprints, to any size necessary, for any item you may purchase from us in the near future for Free. Yes, Free. If your art changes, such as you decide to add a new phone number to the art, there is a small revision charge and then we will save that art to our server as well. The cost for this total graphic service is nominal and depends on complexity of your logo and number of imprint colors. A firm order must be placed and approved, prior to our beginning art development.

4. What is your lead time for an order and if I have a special event date that has to met, can you help me?

Answer: Generally speaking, we far exceed the capabilities of industry standard and can get products to you as quickly as within a day or two. With decoration, within a week (depending on your artwork requirements. The industry standard is 4 weeks. For special event needs, we strongly advise you to contact us using the "Express Delivery" service online or contact us using any of the other ways available. You'll find the fastest ways to contact us here. We can then access your needs and recommend products to you that can be delivered to meet your event date. Rest assured, that our company policy states that we will not, under any circumstances, take an order we cannot fill in time for your event.

5. I can’t seem to locate the item(s) I want on the site. Do you have more?

Answer: Although we maintain a large selection online, we actually have over 50,000 items available! Just contact us, explain what you are looking for, and we will provide you with the information you desire.

6. I would like to have a sample of an item before placing my order. If I request a sample, will you send me one?

Answer: We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. We can arrange samples of your chosen product(s) for you. In some cases a small charge will be made to cover product and handling/shipping costs (we'll happily credit the amount to your account and you can use that credit at any time for any product, including with special offers and clearance sales).

7. Do you accept orders from government agencies?

Answer: Absolutely yes. We will ship to any location and payment can be made on government credit cards or by official Purchase Order. In placing your order online, please make absolutely certain that your are providing us with the exact way a shipment must be addressed to be delivered. Also, provide full contact information of the recipient so we can contact them with details of despatch, anticipated delivery and any other questions we may have.

8. What are your general payment terms for an order?

Answer: We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express PLUS PayPal.

We will accept your company cheque in advance, after you have received your official order confirmation and Tax Invoice. We will give open 30 day net invoice accounts to companies as part of our Client Loyalty Program, after the initial order is completed. We accept written and signed purchase orders from any State and Federal offices and agencies.

9. Do you accept orders for shipment outside of Australia and New Zealand?

Answer: Yes, we can ship your order to anywhere in the world. Full payment is required either by direct funds transfer or cleared cheque. If foreign language text is to be printed, you will want to provide a usable, camera ready art file to our factories specifications.

Since shipping times are not always as fast as we would like, your critical event dated orders may be shipped via Priority Overnight Freight. In either case, we will advise pricing for delivery prior to despatch. In some cases, freight charges may vary due to rises and falls from shipping providers. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as practicable.

Remember, if you want your promotional products or event/conference supplies despatched to an overseas destination, plan ahead with as much lead time as possible. This allows us every opportunity to overcome any challenges that may occur in the shipping process (it's not common place but things can go slow sometimes).

Ideally, we recommend you provide your preferred choice of carrier, your account information and/or your credit charge details and we will charge shipping, duties and any related charges direct to your account on your behalf.

10. Do you bid for business?

Answer: Our company policy firmly states that we will match and beat any other price quote for any item we advertise. Of course, it must be the exact same product, product number and quantity. In the case of printing/decoration, we will negotiate the best possible prices for you everytime.

There are no set up fees, and a flat price point based on 1 – 3 colour print, 1 position. With a huge colour range of cheeky, edgy and bright colours in over 30 base colours. Over the years we have seen a massive shift from Box shapes with a single coloured message on back and front to a change to more premium styles. With the shift, it has allows us to annex fashion styles and cuts of Promotional S-Stirs and incorporate household brand names such as Gildan, AS Colour, American Apparel just to name a few. The costs and fit of these apparel brands create new market from base blanks tshirts to premium brand name t-shirts which will long outlive the straight promo shirts that were created for. When going to the gym you will reach for your Crunch Gym Tee printed on an AS Colour blank. With the shift the unit price of the blanks has come in in price from this original of $20.00 per unit to $8.50 Per unit.

Our screen printing techniques have been refined over the past few years and with the introduction of a 14 colour TAS screen printing machine we have the capability of producing between 2500 – 3000 t shirts a day. This fast turn –around has also allowed the Promotional Range to pass on extra savings.
